Steven has recently joined Balch as Sales Manager, having worked in the property industry for over 20 years. He prides himself in giving both vendors and buyers the best service possible along with Steven’s knowledge of the local areas and experience to help guide clients with their move. Outside of work Steven enjoys Formula 1 and socialising with friends and family.
Karen Dodds
Lettings Manager
Karen joined Balch in 2003 having worked in both the sales and lettings sector, now managing the lettings side of the company priding herself on excellent customer service skills and building long standing relationships with Landlords and Tenants. Outside of work Karen enjoys refurbishing properties and socialising with friends and family.
Alison Spillane
Assistant Sales Manager
Alison started her career within the estate agency industry in 2013 and has excelled in all aspects within residential sales covering the South and North Essex regions. Alison has developed excellent customer service skills and takes extreme pride in assisting clients with their next move and going that extra mile. Outside of work Alison enjoys country pursuits, equine disciplines, refurbishing properties and socialising.
Lewis Cavey
Senior Negotiator/Lister
Lewis brings over five years of experience in the property industry, supported by nine years in sales and customer service. He is dedicated to delivering a personal yet professional service and is known for always going the extra mile for his clients. Skilled in negotiation, Lewis works proactively on behalf of his sellers to achieve the best possible outcomes, while ensuring every client feels supported and confident throughout their property journey.

Sales/Lettings Administrator
Being the newest member of the team, I am extremely honoured to join this long-established independent estate agency, I look forward to learning all aspects of the property sector. My previous experience within the legal field has given me a good understanding of the role ahead of me.
Outside of work I enjoy socialising with friends and family.
