Gavin Saunders

Sales Manager

Having joined Balch in 2002, Gavin has worked his way up through the ranks and is now the Company’s Sales Manager. Gavin is delighted to be part of one of Chelmsford’s highly successful independent estate agents and heads up the Balch team, who pride themselves on excellent relationships with both Vendors and buyers and we’re here to make sure the experience goes as smoothly as possible by giving you all the help that you need. Outside of work Gavin enjoys motorbikes, socialising with friends and family and following football.

Karen Dodds

Lettings Manager

Karen joined Balch in 2003 having worked in both the sales and lettings sector, now managing the lettings side of the company priding herself on excellent customer service skills and building long standing relationships with Landlords and Tenants. Outside of work Karen enjoys refurbishing properties and socialising with friends and family.

Alison Spillane

Assistant Sales Manager

Alison started her career within the estate agency industry in 2013 and has excelled in all aspects within residential sales covering the South and North Essex regions. Alison has developed excellent customer service skills and takes extreme pride in assisting clients with their next move and going that extra mile. Outside of work Alison enjoys country pursuits, equine disciplines, refurbishing properties and socialising.

Helen Smith

Sales/Lettings Administrator

Being the newest member of the team I am extremely honoured to join this long established independent estate agency, I look forward to learning all aspects of property sector. My previous experience within the educational background has given me a good understanding for supporting the needs of families. Outside of work I enjoy socialising with family and friends.
