Outside of work, Steven enjoys Formula 1 and spending time with friends and family.
Karen joined Balch in 2003, having worked in both sales and lettings. She now manages the lettings side of the company, taking pride in excellent customer service and the long-standing relationships she has built with landlords and tenants.

Lewis brings more than five years’ experience in the property industry, supported by nine years in sales and customer service. Skilled in negotiation, he works proactively on behalf of his sellers to achieve the best possible outcome.
Known for going the extra mile, Lewis offers a personal yet professional service, making sure every client feels supported and confident throughout their property journey.
With over 20 years of experience in the local property market, Geoff brings a wealth of knowledge to his role at Balch. His expertise spans residential sales, lettings, land and development opportunities, giving clients the benefit of well-rounded property advice.
Outside the office, Geoff enjoys watching football and keeping active at the gym.
As the newest member of the Balch team, Maureen is delighted to have joined such a long-established independent estate agency. Bringing previous experience from the legal profession, she has a valuable foundation as she develops her knowledge of the property industry and its many different aspects.
