Fees and charges

• Holding deposit

  Equivalent to one week’s rent.

• Tenancy deposit (refundable)

  Capped at 5 weeks’ rent where the annual rent is less than £50,000, or 6 weeks’ rent where the annual rent is £50,000 or above.

• Rent

  As agreed in the tenancy agreement.

• Late payment of rent (default fee)

  Limited to 3% over the Bank of England base rate, where rent is more than 14 days overdue.

• Variation of contract at the tenant’s request

  £50 (inclusive of VAT).

• Early termination

  Costs will be communicated in writing, in accordance with the Tenant Fees Act 2019.

• Utilities, communications, TV licence and council tax
• Lost or stolen keys

  Liable for the cost of the relevant lock changes and the supply of new keys to the landlord or agent.
